Free Outdoor Concert & Annual Family Picnic Raises Funds for Black Warrior Riverkeeper

On Sunday, April 18, 2010, Birmingham rock musicians Earthbound will play their highly-anticipated annual outdoor concert called Earthbound’s Earthfest to increase awareness for Earth Day and raise funds for Black Warrior Riverkeeper, a nonprofit environmental advocacy organization based in Birmingham.

Just like in April 2009, Earthbound’s Earthfest will be free to all ages and take place from 2pm to sundown in Bessie Estelle Park, a wonderful picnic and recreation destination within walking distance of UAB and adjacent to event co-sponsor Gable Square Saloon (803 9th Ct S).
